Eco-friendly and Safe: Vacuum-based dry plating produces no heavy metal-containing wastewater, passing ROHS and REACH certifications, and meeting safety standards for children's skin contact.
Wear-resistant and Kid-friendly: With a coating hardness of 2200HV, it withstands over 100,000 cycles of wear tests without scratches; salt spray tests exceeding 500 hours ensure corrosion resistance. The coating adhesion reaches 4B level, remaining intact even after 1.5-meter drop tests.
